  The Hubbards part is great. The beach part is great. The campground is mediocre for tenters. I expect that tenting is rare at this place, and most sites are long term it seems (RVs with patios and whatnot.) I'm sure it's a nice community, but that community isn't reading the google maps reviews. Facilities were adequate, but the $40 for one night at an unserviced site is earning a generous 3 stars.

  The park is very clean. The staff were very friendly and kind. The sites are very small which detracts from privacy and the overall Camping experience. Music and partying in neighbouring campsites went on well into the morning which detracts from the enjoyment of staying at this campground.

  inconsiderate campers. Right next to us a part of three trailers or so being very loud blasting their radio till 1:00 am. That is totally rude
